Semenanjung Malaysia : 1 – 3 working days (after it has been shipped out)

- Courier is responsible for any loss or damage to the item, as well as delayed delivery time.
- Customers will receive their order’s tracking number via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped out.
- Customers can track their order on the GD Express website for local orders or the DHL website for international orders.
Processing Customer Order
- Orders placed before 10am on a working day will be processed and posted out on the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be posted out on the next working day.
- Do note that if the item ordered is out of stock, the process will be delayed as we will have to tailor a new one.
