Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 10.00AM on working days will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing may be delayed if, under certain circumstances, the item is out of stock, as we will need to tailor a new one.

Delivery

Local Delivery (Malaysia)

  • Courier: GD Express
  • Delivery Time
    Peninsular Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days after shipment.
    Sabah & Sarawak: 3 – 5 working days after shipment.

International Delivery:

  • Courier: DHL Express
  • Delivery Time: 5 – 10 working days after shipment.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Tracking numbers will be emailed within 48 hours after the order as been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. However, under certain circumstances, we may ship out a replacement order for you.
  • Customer are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by customs in their country.
