Delivery

  • Malaysia (Local) : GD Express
  • International : DHL Express
  • Delivery Time :-
    Semenanjung Malaysia : 1 – 3 working days (after it has been shipped out)
    Sabah & Sarawak : 3 – 5 working days (after it has been shipped out)
    International : 5 – 10 working days depending on the location (after it has been shipped out)
  • Courier is responsible for any loss or damage to the item, as well as delayed delivery time.
  • Customers will receive their order’s tracking number via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped out.
  • Customers can track their order on the GD Express website for local orders or the DHL website for international orders.

Processing Customer Order

  • Orders placed before 10am on a working day will be processed and posted out on the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be posted out on the next working day.
  • Do note that if the item ordered is out of stock, the process will be delayed as we will have to tailor a new one.

Customs Fee and Duties (International orders only)

  • Customers will bear the cost of any importation charges, taxes and duties by customs.
