Shipping Information
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 10.00AM on working days will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing may be delayed if, under certain circumstances, the item is out of stock, as we will need to tailor a new one.
- During peak seasons such as the 2 months before Raya, we experience a high volume of orders and messages, which may result in some delays in processing and responses. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Rest assured, we will do our best to ensure you receive your order at least a week before Raya.

Sabah & Sarawak: 3 – 5 working days after shipment.
International Delivery:

- Delivery Time: 5 – 10 working days after shipment.
Important Notes:
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed within 48 hours after the order as been shipped.
- We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. However, under certain circumstances, we may ship out a replacement order for you.
