Important Notice
Your garment will take about 2 – 3 weeks to be ready which will then be sent to your convenient collection place by Omar Ali dispatch.
In-Store Procedure
1. Measurement
The first step in our in-store service will be taking your body measurements in detail which will then be discussed by our experienced tailors during the process of production in order to obtain the best fit for the cut of your choice.
2. Fabric Selection
After the measuring process is completed, we will provide you with various selections of exclusive fabrics/materials for you to choose from. The most important aspects in our wide range of fabrics are durability, breathability and comfort of the fabric when worn.
3. Design Discussion
After selecting your fabrics, a short discussion on what type of design or feature/s that you are keen in acquiring for your bespoke attire will be provided.
4. Fitting (Optional)
Fitting sessions at an additional charge of RM100 by our experienced tailors are also provided. This is done in order to obtain the best fit of your garment to your body.
