Return & Exchange Policy
- Items can only be exchanged if you ordered the wrong size and if the item to be exchanged with is in stock.
- Items can be returned and exchanged within 3 days of the receiving date with original receipt or other proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return more than 3 days after you have received it, you are not eligible for exchange.
- If the new requested item is sold at a higher price, customer would be required to top-up the remaining balance. However, if the item is sold at a lower price, the extra costs would be absorbed into the shipping fee.
- The shipping fee for the exchanged item is covered by the customer if not absorbed by any extra costs.
- If you wish to exchange an item purchased online via post, please contact our customer care team from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), by either messaging us via Whatsapp or emailing us through the contacts below :
- Kindly provide the following information to your chosen way of contact so we can assist you as quickly as possible :
- Order Number
- Brief description of the reason you would like to exchange your item (change of size, etc.)
- Our products are strictly non-refundable.
- If the item received is damaged, we will proceed to exchange the product.
