Exchange Policy
- Items can only be exchanged for a different size. If the requested size is not available, you may choose a different product of the same price.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Items must unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Sale and customised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping costs for exchange are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

- Provide your name, order number, and reason for exchange.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our team.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange requirements.
- If the inspection is successful, we will ship out the new item to you.
Refund Policy
- Refund are not offered as per our policy.
- Damaged items will be replaced free of charge.
