We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for exchanges and returns.

  • Items can only be exchanged for a different size. If the requested size is not available, you may choose a different product of the same price.
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Sale and customised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping costs for exchange are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Process

  2. Provide your name, order number, and reason for exchange.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our team.
  4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange requirements.
  5. If the inspection is successful, we will ship out the new item to you.
  • Refund are not offered as per our policy.
  • Damaged items will be replaced free of charge.
